Falcons 20 - Blues 16

The Falcons took home their first win of the regular season on the road against the Paul Kane Blues. Despite striking first with a rushing touchdown in the first 6 minutes, Facey would find themselves down 16-14 with halfway to go in the fourth.

A strong rushing drive led to a late score, but the Falcons came up short on the two-point conversion. Needing a stop with two minute left, their defence came up with a timely fumble recovery which all but sealed the Falcons' first Metro regular season win of 2023.
